Jennifer's Father

This is the very first frame I captured for Jen & Todd's wedding on June 9 of this year. I was in the bride's house and her father walked to the door to look for his daughter, Jen, who he was expecting from the salon. I was in the middle of setting up my lights to capture some formals at a later time when this moment appeared and it felt so beautiful to me and so, so tender. I have so many photos of Jen's father, dancing, laughing, walking her down the aisle, but this is the photo that really speaks volumes about their connection. Mr. Murphy is no longer with us, and I am privileged to have known him and the love he had for his family on this very, very special day.
